Support Staff

SEARRP is represented in the UK by a Research Co-ordinator, and in Sabah by a Programme Manager/Senior Scientist and a team of Research Assistants. Our team of RAs are SEARRP's most important resource and are available to all scientists working at Danum. As well as assisting scientists, the RAs are responsible for the collection and archival of Danum's climate and hydrological records and other long-term datasets. Our RAs have extensive experience in a range of research fields, speak fluent English and have advanced training in first aid.

Details of the charges for use of the RAs can be downloaded from the costs page.
