  • 1985-1994 - "Recovery of tropical forest after disturbance: Patterns & processes"

  • 1995-1999 - "Restoration of tropical forest ecosystems"

  • 2000-2004 - "Extreme events & the sustainability of tropical rainforest systems in a changing world"

The current theme (2005 - 2010) is:

  • 2005-2009 - "Supporting biodiversity and biogeochemical flux research in tropical rainforests"
